Changing name servers and whois details
To change the name servers or update whois details for your
.com .net .org .info .biz .us and .ca domain
log in at our manage
domain page . For .eu click
here and log in. The passwords were sent to you when you
registered your domain name.
Lost passwords
If you have lost the registry passwords please go to our
manage domain
page and log in with the correct domain name but any username
and password. This will fail, but you will be given the option
of having your username and password sent to you. You will
then be given the option of having the username and password
sent to you.
We will send your username and password to the current
listed admin contact. We will not send them
to any other address. If we did this your domain name could
be stolen by a third party.
Invalid administrative email address
You can check your admin email address using our whois
tool. If the listed admin email address no longer works
then you will need to fax proof of identity to the
registry (OpenSRS). Once the admin email address is changed
you can follow the instructions above to have your password
emailed to you.
